I need help with trowing a party!!!!?!
but i cabt decide weather to make it a suprise or not??
and where to have it? should i do a theme? who should i invite? but the thing is im kinda on a small budget......i got paid at work today but her birthdays not for another two weeks.......and i wanted to kinda have a big party with family and her friends but i dont know.......maybe i can get some of my family to halp right? plz help i dont know what to do for her im only 17 lol

Well, you could throw a luau party you can even get hawaiian music!) . The dollar store has lots of luau stuff right now. =o) You can have games like limbo and hula hoop contest. Have the guests bring dishes. I'm sure her friends and your family would be willing to help! Good dishes for a luau would be fruit like melons, pineapples, etc. and teriyaki chicken shish-kabobs! Don't forget the hawaiian punch. All you really need to do is organize it ... let the guests do the rest. =o)
you need to figure out what it is that your friend is really into. then design a party around that. you should have a theme because it helps make everything come together. definitely get help especially if you're on a tight budget because others can help donate some items. if you have myspace or facebook (or something like that) send out a message to all of her friends and family (saves on invitations). grocery stores make pretty cheap cakes or maybe an aunt or grandma could make one for free.
just throw a party dont worry to much about a theme she will be happy with it whateva. if theres lots of people ring round for a room i got mine for ￡70 including the music i just took my own cds. Also i got my food for 100 people from asda and come to 80 so the whole party was 150 which when i started out it was 100 room 150 dj and 125 food so just ring round get everyone to help eg each guest bring an item of food if they r willing dont stress and have a good party x
