Themed Parties at work.... Sock Hop or Disco?!

Question: We like to party at our office. And I'm planning the rest of the year, some months are a given (like December, Christmas, etc). For the few months that don't have a holiday I came up with some themes. I need one more theme and we are a toss up.

I too would go disco, I hated the era, I guess because I was living it...god we dressed badly. The clothes are still easy to find and it's music anyone on the planet can remember the words to and dance to....

I think the 70's disco would be so much more fun. But I'm of that generation.

I think a Disco party would be fun, but most the young people might think its an 80's party, which is totally different. The best work or other themed parties I've been to are the superhero ones, 80's ones and the year 3000AD ones. Its funny to see what people come up with! good luck
