if i were you i would just hang out watch movies and give each other makeovers thats what i always did when i was your age.

go bowling its always fun to bowl on your birthday, after go hit up some movies

go to the movies.

okay well im like the same age as you and when me and my pals have sleepovers we always watch a really really scary movie. then were too scared to sleep so we make some snacks and play pictionary!!! its lots of fun cuz we make up crazy answers and it goes on and on!
give eachother make overs..thats always fun!!!
we always dress up in fancy clothes and have a fashion show! lol
and prank phone call people and ask them where they would like us to put there lamass. sounds kinda lame but we always have a blast!

well i hope i helped! have an AWESOME birthday! =)

I'm no expert, but you could try alot of things other than a scavenger hunt. For example, you could try baking cookies or a cake(With adult supervision) Watch a movie you both haven't seen, the typical hair and make up thing.
But along with the idea of the scavenger hunt, Something you could do is hide things along the town, make riddles as to where to find the things hidden.

ya i agree do eachothers makeup and hair, look all pretty then go out to dinner!! after that maybe go to the movies or go to the mall... its always fun to show it off to the world when u look good :) then get a bunch of scary movies (and so much junk food!!!!) and stay up all night! or as late as u can. if that doesnt work out, go ice skating or sumthing... but have fun!!!!!! good luck hope i helped :)

scavendure hunt...what are u retarted

well movie marathon would be cool for later at night but for a scavenger hunt do things that u know around town or the nieborhood like lawn orniments just clue the person in or a book at the library or a certian rock from a park just mark it . be sreative if your town is that small maybe u know some of the local business owners and can do something their too oh that sounds like so much fun to plan. good luck and have fun!!! thjink of it like an easter egg hunt with clues.

i would have a total spa sleepover. you can make face masks and all sorts of beauty products using household ingredients (try looking it up online). its fun and relaxing! then move on to makeovers-manicures and pedicures, expirimenting with different kinds of makeup and hairstyles too. and one last thing..bake something! you'll have fun making the food, and then you have a snack for later. just have fun and dont stress over coming up with a perfect party itinerary.

Well, a scavenger hunt might be hard because there are only two of you, but there lots of other fun things you can do. Some might sound silly, but I'm 16 and have fun doing this with my friends. You can rent a bunch of themed movies (such as romance movies, '80s movies, movies about best friends, girl group action movies, or whatever theme you want), do make overs (face masks, nail painting, hair masks), dress up and do a fashion show, take fun pictures together, dance around to loud music, have a pillow fight, make smoothies or sundaes, and eat ice cream. Have lots of fun!

Discuss it with your friend, then organize it! I think the best thing for a party is to talk the whole time! Board games are really good, and do each others hair and face paint. It sounds kinda silly, but it is soooo fun!
