How about an Olympic themed party. Everyone can pick a country out of a hat and compete in pool games. You can do a relay or different swim stroke races in the pool. I'm sure there are events you can play out of the pool too. Medals can be awarded at the end. It is good for boys and girls...just don't get to event happy. Sometimes, a good game of Marco Polo or "staying underwater the longest" is all you need!
