I went to a barbecue party. Like a proper one, in a marquee and stuff! it was awesome.
but my fave bbq's are the ones i have with my cousins. So what stands out is thefood. Which is great, but then theres all of us just chillin going on the trampoline and acting crazy together.
so thats just awesome.
anyways wat makes a bbq is the food (duh!) but then you need awesome ppl to be with you <3
It had to have been a time during college. After the clubs closed down for the night, a large crowd found a party spot by a river, and drank until the sun came up. Their was plenty of beers, and even a few kegs. But, what also made it fun, was a couple of dudes brought their instruments and were playing music throughout the night.
College memories are the best!
I go to 10 to 20 DOGS (Dutch Oven Gathering) every summer and the food and people can't be beat! No alcohol, no loud music, no special theme or decorations. Just a bunch of people out cooking food together in their cast iron black pots and having a potluck. It can't get better than that! I'm going to 3 this year where there will be over 100 cooks and 200 people.
An abalone feed,a pool, a keg of beer,a tubfull of wines,Tiki torches,lots of them.
