What are good ways to entertain kids of ages 7-17 at a graduation party?!
Thank You for all your help and suggestions
Answers: I'm having a graduation party in which we are inviting family, friends, and family friends and thus we are going to have kids of all ages, but i need help to figure out what to do to keep everyone entertained/ or just not bored for a few hours on a hot summer day in July in the afternoon. There is going to be about 75 kids at the party. I'm open to all kinds of suggestions. I can get almost anything for the party. My parent might rent one of those big air fill house thing that the kids can jump in. I have about 2 acres of hilly land on a dead end street with a circle at the end. I got a basket ball hoop available. I suggest to keep the activities outdoors cause the house would get packed.

75 kids is a lot of kids. You are going to need a lot of stuff to keep everyone busy. It should be a lot of fun. You should have lots of games to play.
Good things to have:
water balloons
kick ball
frisbee
wiffle ball and bat - you'll want to have something to use for bases
volley ball net & volley ball
sprinkler
slip and slide- http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/002...
jump rope
sidewalk chalk
coloring books, paper, crayons
deck of cards
Game ideas:
musical chairs
simon says
pin the tail on the donkey
breaking open a pinata
freeze dance- play music everyone dances; stop the music everyone freezes
hot potato
Limbo- objective: Pass under the limbo stick without touching it. Two players hold up a limbo stick (usually a broom handle), and the rest of the players form a line and pass under it. Players are not allowed to touch the limbo stick, and they cannot have any body part but their feet touch the floor. At first this is easy, but after each player has gone under once, lower the limbo stick before the players pass through again. The game continues this way, with the limbo stick being lowered each time. If a player accidentally touches the limbo stick or the floor, he's out. The last player left doing the limbo wins.

-What Time is it Mr. Fox? - There is one person who is "Mr. Fox", and everyone else is trying to stay away from him or her. You designate a safe base. Mr Fox walks around. Everyone else follows behind Mr Fox and asks all together "What time is it Mr Fox?" Mr Fox can say any time he wants but when he says midnight, everyone must run back to the base before Mr Fox tags them.
water balloons! frisbees! thats all i can think of right now.
Get a band!! And a dance floor!!!!!!
get water balloons, best ever!!!
Hire a DJ, if he just plays music and gives a few annoucments it'll cost around $500 depending where you live. You could rent a water mister too keep everyone cool.
you should have chicken fingers grilled steak and if you have a swimming pool they should jump in with a boared and for older teens you should play world of warcraft or halo in xbox 360 live!!
we have the same kinda situation whenever anyone in the family graduates we do little water guns and the kids can fill them up from buckets that are just around sometimes the use the coolers haha, a badminton set and just keep like a beach ball over there too, and wiffle ball
wiffle ball is good because the teams can be huge
you can always make sure they have kickball or something too
the kids should be fine they'll probably find ones around their own age and hang out with them anyways
