Chocolate Covered Strawberries!?!
Answers: Where's the best place to buy chocolate covered strawberries? I'm throwing my friend an engagement party and they go great with champange!

If you make them yourself they will be fresher than if you buy them.
Our grocery store will order them for us and will the florist and the candy shoppe.
What you are thinking of is Fondu. It is melted chocolate that is usually made over a fondu maker and later different types of fruits can be dipped into it.
I agree fondue would be good--you can also have little pieces of pound cake or angel food cake, cookies, and other fruits that you can dip as well. But if that is not for you, I think Godiva has some pretty darn good chocolate-covered strawberries : )

u should make them yourself its so easy and so much cheaper buy semi-sweet chocolate temper it on a stove in a bowl on top of a pot of water and dip the strawberries its so easy
buy strawberries,
melt chocolate,
clean the strawberries,
dip the strawberries in the chocolate
