It really depends on how old your daughter is.
If she'd a 10-13 (Which based on your theme I would assume) teenager then I'd suggest make-over equipment. (Ie. Nail polish, make-up, hair product like temporary dye.) Lots of movies that your daughter would enjoy, things to bake (cookie dough, frosting, sprinkles) It would probably be best if your food was pink as well. Also, you could set up a pink tea party. Pink cups, mats, plates, table clothes, where the girls could eat their snacks alone with tea, if they like it, or hot chocolate. Or even strawberry flavored milk.
Decorations might be unnecessary, ask her about that. If she wants them I'd assure you'd need pink streamers and balloons and all that jazz.
It'd say in your own home, depending on the size and how destroyed you want your home. Or you could rent a hotel; if your budget allows it.

But if she'd older (14-16) I'm sure she has it all planned out and don't worry.
Usually, girl's slumber party's tend to work themselves out without any help from the parents. So I wouldn't stress too much.

Well if she's a teenager I'm sure she won't want to do something like Duck Duck Goose or any boardgames.
So as for games & activities, I would leave it up to her (as you said). But if you'd like, buy a bunch of fashion magazines for her and her friends, also some nailpolish and of course hair products!
Food: The typical chips, popcorn, etc. But if the theme is pink, you could make cupcakes or something and smear it with pink frosting and sprinkles.
Decorations: I don't usually decorate when I have a slumber party. Actually, I never do.
Where to host it...probably in the comfort of your own home.
Make sure to have some music of course!
The rest should be up to her. Girls usually end up finding something interesting to do.

a great website for decorations is www.orientaltrading.com. in the search bar just type pink. adorable decorations come up.

How about some Hot Oil Wrestling?
