Things to do at a summer BBQ?!

Your outfit sounds good why not have a beach theme and play limbo, volleyball, frisbee etc put some tiki torches around have some hot dogs hamburgers salads and snacks and marshmallows or smores and use your grill/bbq to toast them. Also do some mocktails(non alcoholic punch)
What about like a Mexican party with virgin margaritas, build your own fajitas, etc. (easy to please everyone) and any Mexican game would do since it would be new to you.

just make sure you have music going and make bbq hambergers and hotdogs soda chips-ndip a movie inside if by water go fishing play catch with baseball shot hoops do something fun
