I went on line and typed in hello kitty cupcakes and about a doz came up really cute....
but w/ a one year old be care of and decoration that might cause choking....
just pipe on a face so there are no small pieces . keep it simple

I'd go to cakecentral.com and check out their ideas. Lots of over-the-top ametuers and pros with pics and tips. Great information. I got an idea off of their for a kid-friendly cupcakes for last Thanksgiving. The kids loved it.
