What's the best theme for a teen birthday?!

Question: I'm planning a surprise party for my teen daughter and was wondering what theme is best? I want her to remember that moms can still throw cool parties. I was thinking about inviting mostly girls, but a few close guy friends. Any ideas of a party that can be cheap, fun, and age apropriate

hahahah, dont do themes
there right there, is a childish party
a teen just wants to some white plates and white cups and stuff, but wat they want in a party is a cool place to have the party such as a bowling party or something, but dont go worrying about a theme

I have a few ideas maybe
Jungle
Bling
Formal (suits+ dresses)

um get like things with stars

throw maybe a dance party, or maybe you could rent some dvds to watch

depends how old she is....

One that is fun for all ages is a trip to a beach/lake. Let them swim around a bit, and you can bring a frisbee and some other sports stuff too. With this you only need to buy the cake and food too, so this would probably be the cheapest and most fun option.

I have 3 teen sisters One 13 on 15 and one 17 ...they all just agreed that themes are corny and for little kids.... If you absoltley want a theme you could do a hawaiian luai or something... Anything with music hanging out with there friends and food will work depending on where you live you could have it at a beach...or my 15 year old sister suggested a disco party(black lights... disco ball...etc)

depends on what she likes...sports, hollywood, beach, something like that.

You could have a rave party!
Get everyone to wear loads of neon stuff and then put glow sticks and stuff on everyones table.
And don't forget to tell them about neon nail varnish too for the girls!

Hope it goes well
Good Luck

A black and white party...but get your Daughter to dress in a realy colourful dress. Get a DJ or just a mix of dance/techno music so the teens can dance to it. Also i'd have food that isnt too messy, and easy to eat.

sleepoverrrr!
