Do you know anything about Beer?!
Answers: I am having my diploma project about beer and any help would be appreciated.
Simple Answer: If a GRADE is at stake, pick a subject/topic you're very familiar with.
Picking BEER when you know little to nothing about it, is like asking me to perform a quality inspection on Hoover Dam when I don't have a clue what I'm looking for!
First rule in speech (written or spoken): Know your topic very well. Secondly, know your audience ver well. Thirdly, speak to the level of the audience, never above or below their level.

lots ! what do you want to know, ? its full of hops and yeast, mainly water, if blows your belly up, and if you drink too much of it you get a very bad head.
