Let's assume that you're having it out doors and during the summer months, so the weather shouldn't be a problem. Here are some ideas:

1. Grilled marinated chicken
2. Grilled london broil or hamburgers, polish sausages cooked in beer first
3. Salads: pasta, chopped green, your favorite potato
4. Baked beans or chili con carne
5. Corn on the cob with a chili lime butter (grilled or boiled)
6. Fresh fruit kabobs with a marshmallow dipping sauce or Nutella
7. Cupcakes, brownies, oatmeal raisin cookies

IM GUESSING BUT,
maybe chips salsa ,grill some meat ,ice cream, cheese cake.

lasagna or other pasta, fried chicken, hamburgs and hot dogs, baked beans, potato or macaroni salad, thai salad (recipe below). Can I come as a long lost cousin?

Thai Salad

2 packages Ramen noodles – crushed – do not use seasoning packet
? cup sunflower seeds
? cup slivered almonds
? cup (I stick) butter/margarine
Sauté all above until golden, set aside to cool

Chop 1 head Napa cabbage
Chop 1 bunch green onions

Dressing: Mix together:
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
? cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine all ingredients just before serving

a Honey-Baked Ham... a sliced brisket ... rolls & condiments (different mustards, etc) .... a relish platter .... coleslaw .... green salad .... fruit salad .... cheese potato casserole .... Fruit Ambrosia .... cookies, a couple of bundt cakes ........ (sounds like our Easter brunch:)

BBQ! Potato salad! Cucumber salad! Brownies! Lemonade!

Mini sandwiches..
Potatoes and onions..
Pasta salad..
Corn on the Cob..
Potato Salad..
Brisket..

You could just ask everyone to bring a plate of food. That way you dont have to do so much. Then just see what you end up with!

My husband's mom's family has one every year. They have in in a park, everyone brings a dish to share (pot luck) and then pitches in some money to pay for fried chicken from the local grocery store deli.

You might want to consider doing something like that for the main dish, and then make baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, jello salad, brownies and cookies. Or maybe have the bakery at the store make a reunion cake.
