I like both Ideas! Choice which ever one you can find the best decorations. And then do the other party in a few months!

i went to a mexico theamed party and had the BEST time ever. i tried throwing my own disco party and it was lame.

Hard choice:
Disco: Because of the Outfits/Costumes/ Music
Mexican : Because of the Great Food
but I will choose
