Cake ideas?!
My daughter will be 3 next month & LOVES Mickey Mouse!. She wants cupcakes @ daycare, and a cake for home but I can't find anything to decorate them with!. Any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try searching ebay for mickey mouse cake decorating; I've found tons of things on ebay to decorate with!. (Even Jimmie Johnson cupcake toppers for my 7 year old)!. If you don't find anything there try www!.wilton!.com; it's more expensive ususally but they do carry the classic cartoon characters!. also you may be able to find the Wilton Mickey Mouse cake pan on ebay; I think it is several years old but I'm sure you can find it somewhere!.

Make a lot of cupcakes and arrange them on a platter in the shape of Mickey's head (i!.e!. the big cirlce for the face and two little circles for ears)!. They can be frosted in all yellow, all red, or all black (although black frosting for a 3 yr old is a bit odd)!. Use mickey mouse paper liners and mickey mouse sprinkles and there ya go!. If you can't find mickey mouse sprinkles, m&m's or mini m&m's work well!.!.!.try to use just red and yellow!. You can also make or have made a quarter sheet cake and decorate it with the mini figures found at the toy store!. Michael's, Hobby Lobby, or another big craft store should have a cake decorating section (I know Michael's does)!.

I don't know if you could do anything like this, but I've seen at walmart alot lately a cupcake-cake!. Individual cupcakes put together and the frosting on them is made to look like something!. I've seen a baseball, football, a pig, and Spiderman!. I think it would be great if you could do Mickey!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I remember something about cupcakes with oreo cookies as mouse ears but couldn't find a picture online of it!.!.!.!.
also, when you serve a scoop of ice cream you can put the oreo cookie halves as ears in the ice cream, kids LOVE that!! A chocolate chip for the nose!.
