Have it at your house, a friends house, or a park, you might be able to rent a pool if you live in the south!. Then invest in food and fun things like silly string then keep the money!. What exactly do you want!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Happy Birthday
Its very expensive to rent a limo and not very many hotels would want a bunch of teens staying in their room!. Its better if you just had a party at your house!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beach!? Just have a home party - you can get in pizza, singstar, buy lots of lollies and baloons!. You could even play old fashioned party games just for fun!.
Could hire a pool or like a DJ!.
Buy cheap stuff, but make sure to stack up on lollies and fizzy drink! - its good for making people hyper!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

do it at your place and try to create a special atmosphere there! (music and dance, fruits, pizza, natural juices!.!.!.) this will be the most important aspect at your party!

Have it at your house!. Rent some funny or scary movies, plan some games (Twister, charades, trivia, truth or dare, whatever you like), have some music ready by your computer or stereo (or a good station tuned in), set out the snacks before people get there, but cover them with a cloth if you can!. Simple stuff like chips and salsa, pretzels, nuts and raisins mixed up with m&ms, chopped fruit and some crackers with cheese - it doesn't have to be a banquet!.
If you want meal food, do something easy like sandwiches or burritos, and have plenty to drink - but not soda! That stuff is nasty!. Get juices and make some sweet iced tea ahead of time so it will be cold for the party!. (If you want a heavy duty meal, maybe you could talk your parents into setting up a barbecue!? I'd go for chicken, but that's just a personal preference!.)
If you have a yard you could set up some kind of yard games!. Get out a frisbee, the water hose, a dodgeball, whatever!. People like chilling outside!. You could also get out the old fireworks and do some of those after it gets dark - just don't do anything heavy duty late at night or the neighbors might get mad!. If you have Christmas lights, string them up in the back yard on the fence or in the trees!. Turn them on when it gets dark if you plan to be outside!. Music outside would be good too, just not too loud!.
If you are inviting 14 people, chances are only about half or 2/3 will show up - unless all of them have absolutely confirmed by phone or in person that they WILL be there!. So make sure you take that into consideration!. Smaller group of people means it will be a different kind of party, but it can still be loads of fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
