You can't go wrong with a fruit tray (with chocolate for dipping, eh!?) or a nice veggie tray with cheeses and olives on it too!. Corn chips and salsa are also a win, but skip the bean and cheese dips (too many bad-for-you ingredients)!. Pretzels are good, a bowl of nuts and seeds or trail mix, homemade bread with cheese on the side, the list goes on and on!.!.!. damn, I'm hungry now! i love vol au vents, especially with chicken or prawns in them!. little slices of pizza is always nice and i love tuna sandwiches!. pasta salad and savoury rice are always popular!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well from my side, it would be great to have chicken ( various types) and meat!. That would be kakori kabab!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think dips with celery and carrots are nice for moisture,a lot of buffet food is dry!. If possible I prefer things like sausage rolls and quiche hot!. Make it little and nice food rather than loads of junk no one wants!. Wheres my invite!Www@FoodAQ@Com
