Here is a recipe of mine that is always requested & eaten up fast! Serve with Tostito's Scoops or Fritos Scoops!.

Creamy Salsa Dip
2 blocks Cream Cheese or Neufchatel Cheese for less fat
1 can Del Monte Mexican Recipe Stewed Tomatoes (if you can't find that, you can use Rotel or plain stewed tomatoes)
Jalapeno Rings, to taste (I use ~6 rings), you will find these in a jar next to the Vlassic pickles

Drain tomato juices, but keep the juice! Chop up the tomatoes & add to cream cheese, add some juice & mix!. Add more juice till you get desired consistency!. Then chop up the extra jalapenos & add to taste, mix well!. The jalapeno spice will increase as the dip sits!. Refrigerate until time to serve!.

Spiced Shrimp Boil
2 lbs raw shrimp with tail
Old Bay Seasoning
1 lemon sliced
Whole Peppercorns

Boil water with last 3 ingredients!. Add Shrimp to boiling water!. Watch until the shrimp form a "C" shape, if they get to a "O" they are overcooked!. Drain all ingredients in a culander & transfer to a large bowl!. Don't discard the peppercorns or lemon slices!. This can be eaten hot or cold!.

Cocktail Sauce
Ketchup
Jar of horseradish
Worstershire
Lemon Juice

Add all for desired taste & spice!. The horseradish gets hot fast, but that's how I like it! :)

If you're making Chili, you might want to make cornbread!. I make something we call a cornbread fritter casserole, but I can't remember the recipe!. Search www!.Kraft!.com for some good recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Doritos with sour cream and salsa dips are always good!. So are mini cocktail sausages!. Some microwave pizzas are necessary also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get a vegetable tray; stores make them for you, or you can make one yourself pretty easily!. Everything else you named is pretty much FAT, so it's nice to give folk options!. As for chili, I've never considered that "easy," but maybe somebody made it for you - hope you're not serving canned chilli, as I think that's pretty much unAmerican!. Par-TAY!Www@FoodAQ@Com
