Can you make a good chicken-fried steak!? Mmmmm!.!.!.with cream gravy, mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, buttered corn on the cob, hot yeast rolls, a big glass of iced tea (sweet of course with lemon), and maybe some peach cobbler for dessert!. In Texas, that's a favorite!. Last week, we were passing through Amarillo and I had the best chicken-fried steak at a restaurant there I have ever eaten!
