I think that a nice roast lamb would be a good main course, as lamb is a traditionally 'Australian' meat!.
For dessert, how about lamingtons or pavlova- I know they are probably more of an 'Australia Day' dessert, but it keeps an 'Australian' theme going!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's what I would serve!. If you didn't want to be so formal, you can never go wrong with a slow roast, cream potatoes and some autumn vegies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
