Get little smokies and wrap them in a half piece of bacon!.!.!.!.sprinkle brown sugar over the top of them so they are almost covered then bake them for 40 minutes at 350 degrees!. These are my favorite and i make them like once a week just to have at home!.

Sausage Rolls!.
Flaky or Short Pastry!.
450 g tube of Sausage Meat!.
Diced Onion!.
Mix sausage meat and onion with about ? cup of water!.
Take one sheet of pastry and lay on the filling in the centre third!.
Fold one side over and brush the other with water and press on top!.
Turn over and cut into rolls 3’’ long or cut into 3 or 4!.
Make 3 cuts on top of each roll and place on an ungreased baking sheet!.
Brush with milk and bake about 30 minutes at 215C (425F), in a pre-heated oven!.
Salmon & Lemon Sandwhiches!.
Spread 3 slices of bread with cream cheese,
Top first slice with a layer of sliced lemon, cracked black pepper and basil leaves!.
Place the second slice of bread on top and place a layer of sliced salmon!.
Top with the third slice of bread, spread side down!.
Trim crusts and cut into fingers or cubes!.

3 large eggs (whisked)
8 slices back bacon (diced)
1 medium onion (chopped)
300g full flavour cheddar (grated)
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon sage and onion stuffing mix (optional)
Put eggs, bacon, cheese, onion and tomatoes into a 3 litre (3 quart) casserole dish!. Mix thoroughly!. Add eggs and stir through mixture!.
Bake in a pre-heated oven gas mark 5/190c (about 375 degrees F) until golden and eggs are set!.
Serve on buttered toast!.
I will often make a rectangular slab with puff pastry top and bottom and cut into portions when it cools a little!.
Cocktail Savouries!.
Serve on tooth picks for easy handling!.
(I) A steamed prune stoned, stuffed with cream cheese!.
(ii) Cubed cheese, pineapple and cherry
(iii) Oysters rolled in bacon and grilled!.
(iv) Sliced pickled onion and cooked sausage!.
Gherkins, Pearl Onions, stuffed olives are all alternatives, to make your own combinations!.

On the first slice place ham and some mustard!. (Optional)
Place the second slice of bread on top of Ham, and cover with mashed egg, seasoned with S&P!.

Top with forth slice of bread, spread side down!.
