Question: What kind of food for shower/luncheon!?
I am throwing a shower for my cousin at a local hotel in her hometown!. The hotel provides catering but I don't know what kind of food to order!. It is a Saturday 1pm luncheon!. The bride like turkey and hates ham!. It is going to be simple maybe 20-30 people!. Any ideas!?!? I was thinking small sandwhiches/ salads etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think the tea sandwiches are a wonderful idea! Besides turkey, you might have egg salad or cucumber sandwiches (in case anyone is vegetarian)!.!.!. If they could do them on mini-croissants, that's really nice too!.!.!. and the selection of salads!. Even if you have a cake, you can still have a platter or tier of small cookies, petit fours, chocolate-covered strawberries in individual paper cups!. And color-coordinated mints (or personalized M&Ms - pick your colors and sayings on the M&M website)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should just try to contact a local deli and have them prepare sandwiches and a side like pasta salad!. Then go to the grocery and get some snacks and beverages!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

shrimp with cocktail sauce
little sandwhiches with turkey,lettuce,tomato,cheese,ect(condome!.!.!. on the side)
champayne/wine
