the best one is fat free! Use a big jug of soour cream! 2 packets or one!.!.!.!. according to taste!.!.!.!.!. of lipton onion soup mix!!!!! in the package!!!!!!delicious and u can't tell that its fat free!!!!mix it all together thats all!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
