I think that most people eat around 7 or 7:30!. Assuming that people have to get home from work, kick off their shoes for a bit, visit with spouse or children, walk the dog, or just sort mail, then they have to prepare it!. So I think that's a good time!. And then you've got about an hour or two before you go to bed!.

I think this will depend on your schedule and your life!. If you go later, then just have a small little snack between!. I always eat little stacks between small meals!. That way your body always getting nutrients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
