I'm making a special dinner for my bf for our 1 yr and 6th month anni!.!.I HAVE to go cheap! Will $100 be enough for a 3 course meal, movie, and a nice "night outfit"!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'll say, spend $40!.00 on the dinner!. Ample for 2 people and you should be able to make something really special with that!.
$30 on the outfit( see whatever is on sale)!.
$30 for the movie( remember they get you on the buttered popcorn and beverage)!.

I can't tell you about the "Night outfit" but you can do a nice meal for 100$ for two people!.
If your renting a movie, that won't be too expensive, but for two adult tickets at most theaters it will be 14-16$
Might I recommend:
stuffed mushrooms with salad
then roasted french cut lamb ribs with a Shiraz and portabella glaze, with Rosemary roasted new potatoes on the side
and a good chocolate mousse
Mushrooms are cheap
French cut lamb ribs can be hard to find in some places, and are a little expensive, but it's something different that isn't overly hard!. With cooking, you can get away with using a cheap wine, but don't get anything in a box!.!.!. that's just tacky!. Jello makes chocolate mousse mix if i remember right!.
