use a good cooking oil to thin out chocolate
try these dip items
pretzel rods
potato chip
banana slices/chunks
strawberries
pineapple chunks
apple pieces
or whatever you may desire

I do this twice a year for the holidays-save your chocolate when finished-empty your fountain when done, don't let it cool down
id say at least 25 to 35 pounds but look into this further
i would say about 10 pounds of chocolate!!!
about 25 30 lbs remember it is going to be mixed with oil and not all the chocolate will it in a smaller fountain also prepare some diffrent types of items to be diped
