Question:

So I lost a bet and I need to hold a princess tea party...?

For 18 little girls between the ages of 4-7........I need help on foods to serve (their parents will need to eat the food too), decorations, games, etc.

Guys never bet against your girlfriend she will always win!

Answers:
haha, that's great!

for the parents, finger sandwiches, coffee, tea (of course), maybe even soda and water.

for the girlies, finger sandwiches, veggies n dip, apple juice and if you even wanna go the tea party route, have lil tea cups w/maybe some warm cider. cookies & cupcakes

decorations, think pretty in pink, frilly and girly. get a pretty table cloth for the the girls table and sparkles on there as confetti.

games, you could do dress up, musical chairs, freeze-dance (be sure to have maybe prizes, maybe lip gloss or chapstix). go to a craft store adn get beads/ gems to do some crafts maybe, or get some plain white tshrits and fabric paint to design their own shirts.

they sell disney princess cd's you could use as background music.

c'mon, let your femanine side show, it will be fun.

and, remember, us females always win!!

a female and mom of a 4 yr old.

Serve bite size chicken fingers, pbjs cut into fourths, baby carrots. For the adults make something that will feed a crowd like spaghetti or chili.

You can find princess decorations at Party City or one of those party shops. Buy the little aluminum/paper crowns and kiddie tea party set. Most stores like Wal-mart, Target, or K-mart will have both the crowns and the tea sets. Use pink streamers....very girly!

This is your chance to really impress the ladies dude. Take your time and do it up real nice. This will put you over the top with your woman and with the local moms out there. you will be the man for months until some other sucker loses a bet.

I'm sure you can get everything that you need from a party supply store. You'll need to drive there. You can borrow the keys to the car from your girlfriend... They'll be in her purse. Next to your balls...

Well of course tea(hot tea) with sugar cubes. Little sandwiches(make regular sandwiches but cut into 2 inch squares, cut crust off too) Coffee cakes or Key lime pie(Tea parties come from the civil war era so feel free to play on that theme-try deep south feel-plantation or Boston East Coast )Go with big hats for the girls to wear- with flowers & chiffon on them. You can make a big skirts to velcro around their waists to give them a deep south civil war era feel.(little girls like dress up too) Have a parasol for each girl too. Have them play hopscotch in their big skirts. Decorations should be big flowers, parasols, You, dressed as a very distinquished southern gentleman ready to assist the ladies in any way. Your girlfriend as a maid to serve them.

Jewelry Nibblers: you'll need edible candy with holes (e.g., gummy rings, Cheerios, Lifesavers, etc).
Separate the candy into different bowls. Provide the kids with some stretchy cords or shoestring licorice. Then have your little guests thread the candies, creating edible bracelets and necklaces
Kewl way to start off the party and fun activity!

.Pot of peach or apple juice Most kids will probably prefer that to real tea although some kids do like iced tea. But put it in the teapot and serve in teacups.

Cut peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in shapes with no crusts, hot dogs, when cut into fours and cooked inside little dough pockets. Mini cupcakes, mini bagel pizza's assorted cookies, brownie bites, mini muffins, petit fours decorated rice crispy bars and assorted sliced seasonal fruits are perfect treats for a tea party.

Have fun and next time don't bet against a woman!!! LOL

Sorry you lost the bet. Anyway little finger sandwiches, chicken nuggets, soda, tea, mini personal cakes, etc. The parents will love it and so will the kids. Hope this helps.

hahahahahah ..all i can say is good luck, hope everthing goes okay on the day .................having a bbq always goes down well for adults aswell as the kids ......maybe hire a bouncy castle ...... your girlfriend will be impressed ...............Happy Easter
