for my 13th birthday (last year) i just had a simple party in my garage (but, my garage is a 6 car garage!.!.!.so i would rent a part hall if you want it to be a big party)!. i hired 2 djs, gave them my ipods (3), and they did an awesome job!! i had basic colors for balloons and stuff-light pink, black, and silver!. even though it was only like 1000 bucks everyone had an awesome time-one of the best parties of the year!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
