What should i do for my 18th bday party?!

Question:

What should i do for my 18th bday party?

I live in Sydney, Australia (where the legal drinking age is 18), but i'm old for my grade, so pretty much everyone else is still 17. So no piss-ups, which sucks.

Can anyone think of anything good to do with like 50 people that isn't that expensive, doesn't involve much alcohol, and doesn't include a dinner party?

Answers:
Wow, thats kinda hard. I would do something like an amauzment park! Or get some close friends, and do like a photo shoot and then make a scrap book. Something you will always remeber.

I don't know much about Australia, but i highly recommend NO acohol at all, no matter how old you are. but on another note, you can't go wrong with just a normal party. Invite your friends, listen to music, play games, dance, chat. If your friends are anything like the teens i know the older we get the more we like to resort back to child hood games, like musical chairs, karoke, and etc. If you don't think that will work, try asking your friends what they would want to do and use those suggestions to help you come up with the best 18th birthday ever.

for my 18th birthday, i went to a strip club and spend about 3,000 u.s. dollars on alcohol and strippers. we had a blast. too bad i'm 23 now.

My 18th birthday was a blast. It included a little bit of alcohol..but nothing too crazy. Since I have a summer birthday, a lot of people were around and bored so one day, we picked out a place in our town..outdoors...where we could relax and have fun all day and all night. It ended up being at a baseball diamond/playground in our area. My friends and I got there early to set up tables, brought a cake, lots of food, and a cooler of beer. Then people showed up with more food, more beer, and music. Not to mention a ton of activites like baseball and gymnastics. It was a blast. We even stayed there into the night, just drinking and talking.
I'd recommend this, because it's nice outside right now(well here it is..I don't know about in Australia), and it was super cheap. Just tell your friends to bring something like food or beer instead of a gift. Happy Birthday!
