Brunch ideas & recipes?!

Question:

Brunch ideas & recipes?

I am getting married in the morning and having a brunch reception. Aside from the wedding cake, I plan on bagels, croissants, fruit trays, meat / cheese trays and punch. Any must have brunch dishes I am missing?

Answers:
Quiche, you have to have Quiche and Mimosas. And fresh fruit. And muffins. All sorts of different kinds of quiche and muffins and a BIG variety of fruit. And you have to have cheeses, and crackers. Lots of it. Also for a nice touch, have some smoked salmon for the bagels.

Happy marriage doll!!!!!!!!

cavier, lobster, shrimp, ect. is usually associated with brunch.

Mimosas... Orange juice with Champagne This is a must drink with a brunch... Especially one for a wedding..

You should also have some sort of eggs... Egg casserole with sausage and cheese.... or someone making mini omlets for you and your guests.

In the MORNING? As in tomorrow?? Call your family to roll up their sleeves!

Champagne punch is traditional for a wedding reception beverage, quite tasty also. Mimosa's are good too.

This website will give several options for Champange Punch:

Eggs Blackstone, an english muffin, with tomato, bacon, a poached egg and hollands sauce.

Mimosas are traditional, but to make it a little different, you can do Bellinis. Pureed fruits ({pear-traditional}peach, strawberry, blueberry), simple syrup, and champagne. They're awesome, and a little twist to the old favorite.
