Having a party.?!

Question:

Having a party.?

And I wanna know what kind of food should I get? Its a brithday party, Yes. I know cake. But what else? For the guest.

Answers:
Honestly, it depends on the age group of the attendees. A kids party or adult?!

finger food is best for parties. Do an antipasto platter, finger sandwiches, mini spring rolls and curry puffs, mini quiches, mini pizzas,, cocktail sushi, fruit platter

BBQ best for a bday party and plus since the weather is nice. Hamburger, hot dogs, bratwurst, ribs, chips, salad, fruits, veggies, salad (potato, regular) home made mac n cheese to name a few things for a great BBQ ^_^

I have been to a few birtdhday parties and the best one i went too had Hotdogs and Nachos and some Lemendade & Soda & Water. The best cake ever.

Finger food, chicken wings, fresh cut up fruit platter, chips and dip, salad (my pet peeve- not enough people have healthy food at parties).

Keep it simple and tasty!

Appetizers: chips and dip
salsa and chips
crescent rolls baked with mini hot dogs

Main Dish: Grilled chicken and brisket (you can also purchase these already made)

Salads/Sides: Coleslaw
Potato Salad
Corn on the Cob
Baked beans with brown sugar and bacon

Desserts: Birthday cake
Brownies
Cookies
Bowls of M&M's

Mix or match the above and have fun!

Hmmm..party?
Pizza, chips, alcohlic drinks...Macdonalds

Home made dips always go down well. Humous, cheese and chive (made with yogurt or creme fraiche), salsa, guacamole etc are all really easy to make and you can serve them with tortillas, crisps, or vegetable sticks.

Or you could try making like a quiche, or savoury pie of some sort which is easy to slice up for people, and some salad.

Or I went to a party at the weekend, where they made a whole load of baked potatoes, and then served it with a huge pot of chilli con carne.

It depends what the party is for. Finger food is good. Stuff for sandwichs are good. Tuna or potato salad..Chips and dip or veggies and dip. Or burgers and dogs or brats. So on.
