How many people does one pound of roast beef (for sandwichs) feed?!


Question: How many people does one pound of roast beef (for sandwichs) feed!?
I'm having a party for my son (deployed to Baghdad in June) and I've invited about 125 people!. I'm having hot dogs, chicken fingers, sausage & peppers!. I was wondering how many pounds of roast beef to get for hot sandwiches to round out the selection!. (I'll have the usual cold salads too)!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com
