OMG!!! LOL...I didn't forget to eat last night; but I went out with my b/f and some friends and I didn't eat either. And I rarely have breakfast (hoodia is my breakfast and lunch...lol). My favorite food is Mexican food....if it's mexican (except seafood...allergy) I'm eatin it!!! Especially mole. Unfortunately I don't know how to make mole; but let me tell you....the things I can make: lasagna (homemade sauce of course); steak (that's whats for dinner tonight); chicken, indonesian pork with peanut sauce; chicken enchiladas with a kick butt homemade sauce;.....Ohhhhhhhhh the possibilities!!! I'd share the recipes; but I don't measure anything LOL. Only recipe I have is for the chicken enchiladas (think i'm going to make them Friday) but that recipe is at home. If you want i can email it to you; just let me know.

Hot fudge sundae. :)

how weird we're in da same situation!!! lol....... i love chinese!!!!!!!! the best i cant make it though lol

Homemade chicken pot pie. Of course not in the summer though. Boil a whole chicken with chopped onion and celery. Make homemade dough with flour, water, shortening and egg for noodles. Pull the chicken off the bone and add peeled potatoes, carrots for color, and noodles to the broth from the chicken. Then add your chicken. Season with celery salt.
AWESOME meal.
For summer...Fresh ground beef burgers seasoned with McCormick's Broiled Steak seasoning done on the grill. YUM.

How about my breakfast bake?
Take one pound of breakfast sausage, one container of eggs, two cannisters or roll out croissants, and 1 pkg (2 cups) shredded cheese.
Preheat your oven for the rolls/croissants.
Roll them out onto a baking dish. Kind of spread them out like they would be crust for a pizza.
Cook the pound of sausage in a skillet. Once it's completely cooked through, drain, and put back in skillet.
Add 8-9 eggs. Cook eggs through. Combine in package of cheese.
Mix all together.
Spread in the middle of the rolled out croissants and then fold over the rest of the croissants (edges) so they cover almost all of the filling.

Bake in the preheated oven until the croissant part is crisp (usually 12-15 minutes).
It's great for brunch or large group for breakfast, but it also makes a killer dinner!
ENJOY!

I love curry, a gorgeous vegetable korma or a chicken madras, but the secret to a good curry is buy one from an Indian take away, coz they make the best!!!

pasta u

Something yummy for lunch! Well lemme tell ya what I am wanting for lunch! I am thinking about taking some Frito's and putting them with chili and cheese and put it altogether in a wrap! MMMMM! Yummy good! Maybe put some sour cream too but not sure? Hope you have a nice lunch! I am pretty hungry too and writing about what I want didn't help at all!

My favorite foods are pizza, buffalo chicken wings, bbq pulled pork sandwiches, ice cream sundaes, brownies, cake, & cookies.

I made bbq chicken on the grill Monday night. Put the hot coals on opposite sides of the grill, leaving the middle coal-free. Soak 2 cups of hickory wood chips in water for abotu 15 mintues, and then scatter those over the hot coals. Rub the chicken pieces with salt, pepper & cayenne pepper and put them it the middle of the grill (where there are no coals) and smoke them for 35-45 minutes. Then flip them over & cook an additional 15 minutes. The hickory flavor is heavenly! I served this with a white sauce, made of mayonaisse, horseraddish, garlic, salt, pepper & cayenne.

nachos with all the fixings!

Well this is my current favorite and its super easy

Chili Pasta Sauce & Spaghetti

16 oz of spaghetti
Jar of Spaghetti (Italian meat) sauce
Can of Hormel Chili w/ Kidney Beans
Some Chili Powder to taste
Boil the water for Spaghetti, then prepare as you would.
Place sauce, chili, and powder in a sauce pan and stir/boil till warm or hot however you like it. Then prepare as you would :) I really liked this when I first made it and its super easy for college students.

my favorite food is shrimp, and although you might not be able to make this for lunch today but maybe you can hook it up for you and maybe a friend some evening.
you'll need: 1lb of shrimp de-veined and w/o shell
1 yellow squash, 1 zucchini, 2 cups of shredded
cabbage, minced garlic, terriki sauce
salt and pepper and large egg nooldes

cook shrimp, garlic, salt and pepper together then add all veggies and sauce, then let it all simmer it will only take a few minutes shrimp doesnt take long to cook. cook your egg noodles and put the shrimp and veggies over the noodles. You'll love it its really good and healthy.
