I don'y like fish, but I do make it alot for my family. I buy Perch fish or also known as Ocean perch fish. I let it thaw then i put 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of cornmeal a dash salt and a dash of pepper in a bowl . Heat a skillet then add 1/4 cup of oil. Roll your fish in the flour mixture and place in the skillet, frying on both side slowly unilt done.

Easy? Working with filo (also spelled "phyllo") dough is never easy. Many who have never tried it would be in for a challenge.. even ready made, which is what is generally used. Waaaay too heavy and high calorie for me. I go all out sometimes and won't compromise, esp. for company... but that's way over top for healthy eating (pastry, butter, cream cheese).
Looks very interesting and tasty though. I bet it's a pretty dish to serve too. It could be interesting to try to come up with a healthier alternative. I'm definitely going to keep this idea in mind... see what I can come up with.

I do it the same way as Princess...but I like your Salmon recipe, I'm gonna try it cuz my oldest son has to eat Salmon to get omega 3 oils I think je'll love that

That sounds interesting, I'll have to give it a try. I have 1/2 a package of filo to use up. My favorite is to combine equal parts dijon mustard and a buttery tub margarine and spread over the top of a salmon fillet. Then I combine equal parts bread crumbs and crushed pecans and press the top of the fish into that. I'd bake it at the temperature and time you have listed. It's delicious and real easy. I've tried it with tilapia too and it was as tasty.
