At my wedding, what should I offer for drinks?

Depends on your budget and if you've got some big drinkers.
I had 2 hours of open bar at my wedding. I chose the well drinks
vodka, gin, Bacardi to mix with whatever they wanted like cranberry juice, soda or whatever and beer on tap, our family drinks bud light mostly. Choose what everyone mostly drinks, whats more common. Along with appetizers, this worked our great!

Aside from soda, I bought 3 cases of cheap champagne for the toast and 2 kegs. Otherwise there was a cash bar for liquors or other wines. And I think my mil made a punch, I don't remember, I didn't like her.
Champagne first and foremost (its a celebration!)...then go for BOTH red and white wines to guve your guests a few options.

Whatever you offer, have spakling cider for non drinkers or pregnant women so they can participate in the toast.
that always depends on your guests. for the younger crowd (20s&30s) beer and wine do the trick. for the late 30 into 60 crowd you need to have someone on hand who knows their mixed drinks and how to pour them.
Depends on a lot of things.
Date and Location to start. Summer and outdoor receptions require more liquid refreshments. Evening weddings something warm.
Budget and Number of guests as well. Full bar or just beer. wine champagne? Tons of college friends or mostly colleagues and immediate family?
Your personal preference also.
At our reception we just offered beer/wine at no charge, as well as pop/tea/coffee. If people want to get mixed drinks, that's on them. We started w/ 2 kegs & 2 casks of wine. After that, someone needed to let us know if we wanted to go for another. It can get expensive, so don't feel bad if your guests have to pay after a bit. Talk w/ you reception site and ask for suggestions....they do this all the time and can give you good advice. Things went well at ours after 3 kegs(I wanted to go for 4, but the wife said no!) and the 2 casks of wine (fyi-roughly 200 guests) plus the N/A drinks. Congrats!
I would offer champagne, soft drinks (for the kids), and punch (I don't know the name to it.)

Dry Ice
Put the dry ice into a big punch bowel and then add lime sherbet and Sprite/7-Up.
This punch was serve at my Aunt's wedding and it was wonderful. It was enjoyed by both adults and kids at the wedding.

If you don't want to have a open bar or a cash bar, you can get away with white wine, red wine, and champane (for the toast) and three sodas (usually coke, sprite and diet coke). For each table two bottles of each of the wine and one champane, three each of the sodas for a typical three hour reception.
