I would go get a manicure and pedicure with my friends. Then go to a really fun restaraunt and celebrate.
Just have a bunch of friends over and have fun.Stay up all night and party,play goofy games,stuff like that.
A barbeque, lasertag, a camping trip, you have alot of options. It really depends on what interests the birthday boy/girl has.
Get some of your best friends together and got out to dinner, somewhere you wouldn't normally go, but that you enjoy and then go to a really good movie.
OR:
Do it all at home with a pizza party, movies, and great friends hanging out!
First of all - the bingo parties don't start until you get old.
What about a movie-themed party? Sex and the City marathon?
Or what about dinner and miniature golf? that is always fun.
go to the movies, but don't go out drinking it only causes you trouble later in life. Take it from someone who used to drink
Go bowling, Go to a bar and see how many virgins you can drink.*
