Need help asap with luau party?!
At 5:41 on May 9 (i think) right now will no supplies i am going to have a lula with the neighbor kids!. My little boy suggested it and all the kids cheered he doesnt have any friends so i agreed!. Now i told them to go to the table and color hats im now on the computer looking up stuff ! I need help please!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Kids make it easy!. Generally, they have no preconceived notions!.
Have them cut out flowers and thread them onto string a couple of inches apart for leis!. If you have anything handy that would work for making grass skirts--such as raffia for wrapping--you can do that as well!.
Otherwise, just throw some brightly colored decorations--simple paper on the walls (yellows and pinks work great) will do if this is an immediate quest!.
Food--Can you do ham sandwiches!? Pork makes for a good luau feel along with a cold beverage!. If you don't have time to make a slush, a cold punch will do!.
Ambience--If you don't have any music, find a tourist website and leave your computer on for background music!.

Do you have a backyard!? Do you have a grill or can you make a fire!? You could roast smores if you had the stuff!.!.!.graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate pieces!.!.
Got hula hoops!? You could see who hula-hoops the longest!.
You could send them on a scavenger hunt to find luau type stuff!.!.!.a pair of sunglasses, sandals, a beach ball, swimsuit, etc!.

LILO AND STITCH! Go to Disney website and they have a lot!. the whole thing is based in Hawaii/ i jsut had my kids lua and they really got excited to write their names in hawaiian have them look it up and this website will help you with games etc!.!.

Uhmm!.!.!.well they could make flowers out off tissue paper and pipe cleaners!. We did that in my spanish class and it was fun!. Granted, that was spanish class, but the flowers looked tropical, so thats an idea!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have been to many luau's in Hawaii and kids were only impressed with the music and ladies dancing the hula!. No joke!.
