Well this is how we did it here. We had a "Screw You Party!"
How this works is you get 12-20 screws with bolts...all different sizes. Seperate the bolts from the screws. The guys get the bolts the girls get the screws. The going away person has to pass out the bowls from person to person. As she goes around passing them each person that draws them out gets to tell her a reason why her leaving is screwing with their life/work/love in someway. (In the end they realize how much they are going to miss each other!). They each person must go around and find their compatable nut/bolt. It makes everyone meet everyone else. It works fabulously. Of course these are accompanied by screwdrivers from the bar. A large blueprint paper is posted and a pen with a chain is attached. Each person must write something on the going away's "future blueprint". It is soooo fun.

honestly listen to me, i cant get this out enough take her somewhere that means something to both of yours like the place u meet, or the place you first met or enjoyed a lot...what every but bring her there and ask her if she remembers this place, then tell her why u brought her there...its perfect

This same question was asked a few days back.
