What's the Safest "Way to His Heart" Menu?!

Question: What's the Safest "Way to His Heart" Menu!?
The way to a man's heart is through his stomach, right!? I want to cook a gourmet meal (I cook pretty well) and invite my man over - for the impression factor, of course!. But what's the safest, least time-consuming menu!? I want something not too filling but satisfying, won't give us gas or cramps (ewww), not so heavy or greasy that it'll make us sleepy (right away)!. All menu and beverage suggestions welcomed!. I want to get this setup in time for Memorial Day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
