Sweet 16 pool party - black and pink --Some really creative ideas.?!
So obviously we're in a recession right now (no matter what the government says) and I'm not having my sweet 16 in a hall or club, but I would love something memorable!. My theme is black and pink!. I am planning on having black and pink tablecloths, balloons, & streamers and dying my pool pink!. Im also having a water-balloon fight!. I was just wondering if anyone had any creative ideas to do or use for decorations!. Id love something really original but Im up for any advice!. Wheter its a playlist, games, or decorations, let me know!

have glass cups and you put the pink napkins in the cup!.
get some narrow tall cheap clear glass vases at the dollar store and fill with pink and black candies!.
For a snack buy round sugar cookies and spread with pink frosting (white with a few drops of red food color and stir)!. Write sweet 16 or your initial with a black decorating tube!.
Round black and pink tissue balls would be cute and cheap

is this a guy girl party: You could have plastic black top hats for guys and pink princess type hats for girls or plastic pink tiaras for the girls!. That would be cute!.

Buy cheap pink suckers and tie a black curled ribbon around it and curl it up with scissors!. That would be cute!. You could put these in a clear glass cheap wide mouthed vase from the dollar store!. First put some wrapped hard candy with a pink wrapper in the bottom or just use peppermint disks!. Then put the suckers in the vase that you tied the ribbon around!. Then you have a sucker bouquet!.
My daughter is turning 16 soon and having her party soon too!. At their parties they play limbo and a big fun game to
play with the boys is twister!. They also always have a theme pinata!. When they were kids it was fun to get the candy but now it just a blast watching their friends try to hit the pinata after being spinned around and they look so silly!.
Musical beach towels!. You put a beach towels down spread apart well , 1 less than how many are playing!. You play cool music to dance to but when the music stops you have to jump on a towel!. If you dont land on one, your out!. Have a small prize for the winner!.
Have a couple hula hoops and see who is best!.
Get a cheap pink stuffed animal or anything pink oat the dollar store!. Have everyone sit in a circle and play music and pass the animal around!. When the music stops if you have it you are out!. Keep doing this until there is 1 person left and they get to keep the item!.

wow that is a really good idea, very original! That sounds like an awesome party!. As for other activities what about Karaoke, thats always something that makes people laugh!. Try having your guests match the colors of the party!. Whether its the girls weather a black or pink bathing suit and the boys wearing a black bathing suit!. Have the cake match the color theme also!.I think you got already everything planned really nicely! As for music try having summer kind of songs!. Heres an idea I dont know if it is completly stupid or a good idea!.!.but how about buying towels for each guest in either pink and black and having the guests keep it at the end of party!. cpink wigs for the gals and black ones foe the guys! You don't have to supply them ask your guest to come wearing them!. Mini cakes with pink frosting and browmn MM's or oreo topping them!. since ur having your pool dyed pink throw in soem black balloon but not on top but have them sink by attaching diving sticks on them!.
