Hahahaha, I don't think your parents'll be happy I said this but my friends dragged me to a strip club on my 18th birthday XD.
Seriously, go watch a movie, play laser tag if you've got one in the area. Something...?
I'd say do a spa theme...
Decor: Have lots of candals, flowers, and pillows. have fun fresh lighting like chinese latterns. maybe even have a little fountain for a calming sound
Activities: Have a muesus come in to do messages and you have to paint each other's nails (so have plenty of fun colors), you can also turn the bathroom into a mask station by placing tones of masks (mud, surgar, sea salt, ect) and towels for washing them off. Last place on calming music or you favorite movie in the backround
Food: Have chips and homemade salsa and guac, then maybe have some sort of seafood thing (that is very good for you) like fish, shrimp, or lobster, have a delicous grilled chicken salad, and finish it off with fondue and a selection of treats.
Party favors- nail polish of their choice, soap, mini pedicure/manicure kit (from target), mask, and spa chocolate

you can serve virgin cocktails (without alcohol), and maybe cook a bbq...
you can give out those flower necklaces or bracelets, you can even make a custom contest among the girls, or a hawaian dance contest... good luck!
