BBQ grill.....?!

Question:

BBQ grill.....?

Are u supposed to spray the grill screen with Pam befo4 ccoking?

Answers:
You don't have too... The grill should be plenty hot so the grill grate chars and releases. If foods are sticking, then you may be flipping too early.

However, If you do have problems with sticking... before cooking - heat up the screens so the stuck on stuff cooks off and take a brush and clean it off.

Afterwards, take a paper towel dipped in vegetable oils and rub on the grill. The grill will be ready for cooking.

Yes, helps prevent sticking. I usually spray it on a paper towel, then wipe the grill rack. Keeps the PAM where it should be.

you can just cut a piece of fat off what your cooking and rub it on the grill

It depends on what the grilling surface is made of. Some grills have nonstick surfaces, and on these you don't have to spray with anything. If it is bare metal or enamel I would spray it or wipe it down with canola oil.

Pam actually makes a "high heat" spray made for grills.

Don't waste the money! Just take a paper towel dipped in oil & lightly rub across grate.......Works every time.

If you dont want to fight with your food when it sticks YES. but please use the pam for grilling or if you use the other regular pam have long arms because it will flame up.And i would hate for you to lose eyebrows.lol
