I want to have a Cocktail Party for my Birthday...???
But I only have a small condo with a small patio.. and I'm kind of broke but I really want SOMETHING for my birthday.. Any ideas???...
I dont need any smart remarks like "if your broke dont have one"... Please I need some ideas.. =(

do you have any friends with a larger apartment/condo and an outdoor patio that you can borrow? ask them if you can borrow it as bday present and promise to set up and clean up afterward..
do BYOB, ask your friends to bring food and drinks. If you have a community center at your condo use it. see if a friend can host it.
Make pitchers of sangria with inexpensive wine (the fruit juice will cover up the taste). Set up a hibachi grill and make kebabs on the patio (kebabs are a good way to "stretch" meat as a main course), go to a warehouse store (Sam's Club, etc.) and buy a box of fancy mixed appetizers that you just have to stick in the oven.
