Here are some easy cheesecakes that are all very good.

You can make it your own with fruit toppings (fresh or canned pie fillings), nuts, caramel, or chocolate chips and any type of crust: chocolate, vanilla wafer, gingersnap or graham.

1. Baked cheesecake:
Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 3 hr 50 min

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended.

POUR into crust.

BAKE 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

2. No-Bake
a. EASY NO - BAKE CHEESECAKE

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. graham cracker crust

In medium size bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk, stir in lemon juice and sour cream; blend ingredients well. Chill 20 minutes then fill pie crust. Chill 2 hours and garnish with your favorite fruit topping. May be covered and frozen (thaw 45 minutes).

EASY NO - BAKE CHEESECAKE

1 ready made graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Fruit topping (optional)

Blend cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Again, blend until smooth. Pour mixture into ready made crust. Chill at least 2 hours.

3. Quick Cheesecake

Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 5 min
Makes: 8 servings, one slice each

1 tub ( 24.2 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake Filling
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

SPOON cheesecake filling into crust. Smooth top lightly with back of spoon to form even layer.
SERVE immediately. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

jello has a no bake cheesecake, which is very tasty & easy to make. i believe it either comes in plain or with a strawberry fruit

Well one thing that I think if you can read Japanese, this is best place to see for how to make cheesecake. Well I tried to transfer but I can't transfer everything to English so I just give you the site so that you can go and see and maybe ask some Japanese people to transrate for you. Well I'll try it if you have interest in and e-mail me. If you send me e-mail I'll give it back as soon as possible. Well this things in the receipe might be hard to find in US, but u can always go to Japanese market or something and get it.

Easiest Solution.................Phila... Cream CHeese now makes cheesecake filling in a tub. All you have to do is ad it to a graham cracker crust. I made one for my hubby and stirred in pieces of snickers and it was delicious. You can stir in any of your own toppings and get creative. It taste great and takes all of 5 minutes. It was in the refrigerated case at WalMart

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes whipped topping mix
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 fluid ounces cherry brandy
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping powder as directed on package and beat until thick. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and drop them into the whipped topping, one at a time, while beating. Pour in the cherry brandy and beat another 5 minutes at high speed.
Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, or until set.
