depends on what age I suppose....Do invetations, make them yourself by folding paper in half, like a card. Just decorate it and have everyone rsvp too! BUT First of all make sure you have food! Snacks and stuff, like fruits, pretzels, cookies, cheese n crackers, ice cream, chips, maybe like if you're going to do dinner do hot dogs or chicken alfraedo with bread, maybe even sandwiches. Having decorations is always fun, I don't know if it's a birthday but still. If it's not too late and you have a decent back yard, do water balloons for a water balloon war, its soo much fun...Try having cards out for card games-like UNO(favorite), War, Go fish, maybe gin or poker?. Hide and seek was always pretty popular. Twister too! Have facials, and do each other's nails or give makeovers....Truth or dare. I know it is cliche and usually ends up amounting to nothing, but it is almost a rite of growing up. The way I have seen Truth or Dare work best is to have everyone write five questions for the truth jar and five dares for the dare jar. Each person has to choose from one or the other until they are all gone... I Never. Each person takes a turn saying something like "I have never kissed a boy." For all the other players, if they have "kissed a boy" or done whatever the person says, then they lose a point, game done when points are all lost....Puzzels, it may sound boring but it's fun if you have a big table and everyone's racing to find the right pieces first.... or you could just put candles outside and some music and pillows just for everyone to talk and hang out.... For a wind down before bed, pop in a movie or two, make sure you have a good selection though. Or maybe you could all drive to the store and rent one....prizes-candy, that's probably your best bet. Maybe some smelly lotions or sprays.

Why have games? Just rent a few movies and order some pizzas and the girls will just want to chat about boys...no games required. Cheaper that way.
you can buy dance matts for polaystation or Xbox and the little dance tracks to go wiht them then record yourselves and watch them it gets funny and play catch phrase get 2 big gallons of ice cream a few cans of reddi whip order several pizza and try to invite an even amount of poeple if it is a odd amount off people for some reason there is 1 person that always feels left out

First figure out what day you can have your slumber party. Next, make an invite list and check with your family how many people you can bring or if you need to reserve the living room. Then, send out the invitations and also make sure that girls RSVP in time.
For food- ice cream, cookies, finger junk food like chips and pretzels, and some ice cold beverages so the girls will stay up.
Games- truth or dare ( you should be able to know how to play this game), light as a feather stuff as a board
(basically you have one girl on the floor. The girls crowd around her and using your pointer finger and index finger, you girls try to lift her up. You chant light as a feather stiff as a board. Its fun to try), or buy a ouija board and ask it questions.
You guys can also rent movies and have an all-movie marathon.
How old are the people who are going to be there?
Food: snacks: chips, dips, a big bowl of individually wrapped candies
food food: Pizza. Everyone likes pizza...get pepperoni or and cheese, so everyone will be happy. Or get a really REALLY long sub...those are fun.
Have music, all the music you and your friends like, in a CD player on shuffle, or your Ipod up really loud.
Depending on how old you are: When I was younger, we would call guys at our school pretending to take a survey for a magazine, and ask really embarrassing questions.
OR, just watch all your favorite movies... Also, if you have a big yard, or somewhere with lots of hiding places, I know it sounds silly, but hide-and-seek at one in the morning outside is really fun.
A fun game where you can give a prize, is this observation game. Wear something sort-of unusual, and after being in the room casually for about ten minutes, go and change COMPLETELY, then come back out, and everyone has to try and guess what you were wearing earlier, it sees how much attention they pay, and the person who is closest wins.
Or, just sit and tell secrets, like what teacher you secretly have a crush on...its also good fuel for blackmail later :-P
Gift certificates to malls/movies are good prizes, or bath sets... I also love to give out crazy shoestrings...go to spencers or somewhere and buy shoestrings...thats always cute.
