Edible Arrangement Freshness?!
I have ordered an arrangement for a party but the party has been switched to the next day!. Will it be ok if I keep it refrigerated over night or should I try and change the order!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You'll be fine!. You might want to give it a loose covering of plastic wrap to keep it from drying and soaking up other flavors!. As long as its in the fridge you'll have no problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Foods such as sandwhiches etc may go soggy overnight, but if they are being kept for one night, then you should be ok!.
If you want it fresh, you could probably ask them to move the order one day, but if it's soon, there will probably be a fee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My son bought one arrangement for me and one for his girlfriend!. We both got the chocolate covered strawberries and they lasted, in the frig, for well over a week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
