How do you cook garlic butter with shrimp?!

This is how you do it!.!.!.!.!.I make this all the time!.!.!.but I do add lemon juice so its a lemon/butter/garlic mixture!.!.!.
Mince your garlic!.!.!.!.!.they have it in jars, which is easier!.!.!.!.!.Put in a saute pan with butter!.!.!.!.and brown it!.!.!.dont burn the garlic!.!.!.!.!.!.
Then take butter and clarify it, cook it down till clear!.!.!.!.on low heat!.!.!.!.!.!.when clear, add the garlic!.!.!.!.!.and on a warm burner let the garlic juices get in to the butter!.!.!.Take your shrimp and ladle over them!.!.!.or just use a dip!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Saute on very low heat!. Cook the garlic first in the butter!. DONT burn it!. That just tastes nasty!.
If you are cooking your shrimp in the butter then just saute it until it is done (turns pink)!. Dont over cook or it gets tough!. Only take a few minutes and you can serve it as scampi over rice or noodles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
