i would get some pizza's and some chips from the fish and chip shop
play some of the following games
pin the tale on the donkey
music chairs
statues
dead fish
pass the parsel
maybe hire out a kids movie for them to watch.
thats all 13 yr old kids really need to have a good time!

You know all your friends love halloween still, and its a really good excuse for your friends and you to dress up!
Have an animal theme, or a 70's theme or if only girls are going to be there... have a PRINCESS theme!
You can give away plastic rings and bracelets and play music and just have fun!
