We played this game where you drop in a pack of CLOSED safety pins into a tupper-ware container of rice. The point is, with your eye's closed, try to pick out as many pins in the rice in 1 minute. You can do guess how big the tummy is using rolls of toiler paper; diaper the baby with a doll...a lot depends on how many people involved and where you're having it. Try googling Baby Shower games and see what you get.
1) Guess how many toilet paper saquares it takes to go around the big belly. Closest guess wins.
2) Give everyone a soother... when someone hears someone say the word "baby" they can steal their soother... person with most soothers wins a door prize.
3) Bring 3-5 baby food jars and peal off the labels... guess what's in the jars.
4) Unscramble the baby words
5) Guess the name
6) Hold a baby lotto- guessing date, sex and weight... the winner gets a prize in the mail after the birth. (info to be placed on a calendar this way nobody can have the same guess.

My friend had a baby shower, and they bought some games that were really cute. There were little scratch tickets and you could win a prize (baby themed, obv) and then a word search with all baby words like "Crib" "Diaper" etc which was fun too, they did that like a race to see who finshed first. Also, I know a lot of people do like a bingo type game.
Everyone invited to shower brings a baby picture of themselves and you have to guess who is who. Pictures can be on a wall, number them and each person has a piece of paper and they write down their answers.
This one is very entertaining. Give every guest a miniture can of playdough. Have them design a baby out of it. Set a time limit of about ten minutes. The Mommie to be is in another area away from them. (gives her a little break from the action). When time is up have them place their Play-dough babies on a small piece of paper with their names on the bottom side of it on a table with all of the other babies. Mommie to be is then brought in to choose her favorite. You will be amazed on just how artistic and creative your guests can be.
toilet tissue belly, have plenty of tissue your guess has to take as much tissue off the roll that will go around your stomach.
baby food jar game, you get 6 jars of baby food take the labels off of them and they have to guess the baby food. you can get as many jars as you want and try to get the hard ones, at my baby shower my mom got apple cobbler and bananas and everyone guessed those to but couldn't tell the difference between green beans and green peas. it was very fun good luck and congrats....
