Casino Night!! You can get cards and poker chips and dice and set up blackjack, poker, roulette, craps!. And then you can have themed invites and decorations which you can find at any party store!. And then you can have everybody dress up fancy to go along with the theme!. i think the best theme for your surprise party is homely decorations!. but it depends with her personality, is your mom is cheerful, 70's theme is alright!. you should play some disco songs, dress up like the 70's!. but you know what, all moms loves surprise party made by her kid!. she'll proud of you!. just try to make it as perfect as what you've planned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cold luncheon meat - rolled up and buns
cheese cubes, pickled onions and sweet pickles!.
potatoe and macaroni salads
